Sunshine International Co., Ltd. continues to build confidence in sustainable business operations. Most recently, the company successfully underwent the verification of its Carbon Footprint of Organization (CFO) and received the CFO label certification from the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) or TGO. This achievement stems from the commitment of the management, which prioritizes environmental management and assigned the task of preparing and verifying the CFO according to standard criteria. This reflects transparency, accountability, and awareness of the impact of the organization’s greenhouse gas emissions. In the operation, the company’s team collaboratively studied and compiled data on energy consumption and related activities to prepare the CFO report and underwent verification by the Management System Certification Institute (MASCI), an external agency recognized at both national and international levels. Furthermore, the company participated in the Business Development Service (BDS) project by the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion (OSMEP), which supported 50% of the total CFO verification costs. The full cost amounted to 109,140 Baht, and the company received support of 54,570 Baht, enabling the company to operate efficiently and continuously.
After the successful verification, the company submitted an application for the CFO label certification to the TGO and received official accreditation. This marks another significant step in building a corporate image that is transparent, environmentally responsible, and committed to sustainable business operations. “Receiving the CFO label certification reflects the company’s genuine intention to manage the environment and concretely reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
